Our 2by2 Solutions offers the Pet Sitting business owner the ability to limit the access of employees to the software solution. The limited access only allows the employee to see their own schedule, only update their employee information, and only update certain functions under the Administration tab. They are still able to perform all of the other functions that the Administrators have.

They are able to support their Clients with the use of an Online Chat feature through a third party subscription from Hit Sniffer. In addition, the employee is able to Approve, check their schedule, manage holidays, and many other features as well.

Employee Limited Access Description
Management Messaging System Messages that are sent between Clients and the Pet Sitting business, through 2by2 Solutions, can be managed from Communication Center Tab. Administrators or Pet Sitters can send a system message to one of the Clients from the system. These messages are intended to be non-emergency messages.
Todays News Use the Todays News feature to keep your Clients informed of upcoming events or specials that you're running. You can find the Todays News option under the Communication Center tab. Every time you setup a new News article, the system resets those logins who have chosen to only see New News articles so that they'll see the new article you've published.
Schedules Messages that are sent between Clients and the Pet Sitting business, through 2by2 Solutions, can be managed from Communication Center Tab. Administrators or Pet Sitters can send a system message to one of the Clients from the system. These messages are intended to be non-emergency messages.
Manage Service Requests Schedules for employees in our 2by2 Solutions can be viewed from the Employees Main Tab screen by pressing the Schedule button. Schedules of other employees can only be viewed if you have Administrative access to the 2by2 Solutions system. If the employee has only Limited access in the 2by2 Solutions system, then they are only able to view their own schedules.
Manage Clients In the 2by2 Solutions system, when an Employee logs into the system and notices on their Main Tab that the Manage Service Request has a blue background, they know that they have a Submitted Service Request waiting for a response. The Employee will click on the button which will take them to all Service Requests that have been Submitted and NOT Scheduled yet. If the Manage Service Request button has a gray background and the Employee clicks on it, it will display all upcoming Scheduled Service Requests.
Administrative Management - Limited Employees have the ability to update administrative information based on the access level in the 2by2 Solutions system. This section maintains the information that is used by the system including, Coupons, service Rates, Item Locations, and Holiday schedules, and accounting information.
Document Management 2by2 Solutions Documentation tab is used by the Client to find all relevant information concerning the Pet Sitters business. Our current Customer of our custom solution uses this area to maintain their Legal Contract, Vet Release Form, Client Users Manual, and their certification documents.
