Single Service Request

The Client has the ability to add/submit a Single Service Request which will cover Vacation and Daily Dog Walk type sits through 2by2 Solutions.

Vacation sits are those sits where the Client will be away for a few days in a row. Daily Dog Walks are used for those Clients who need their animal let out or walked during the week (Monday - Friday) while they are at work.

The user will choose the type of sit, plus the date it begins and ends, along with the time of day the service is to begin and end. In addition, the Client will choose the preferred visit times during the day for visits, i.e, Morning, Noon, Dusk, and Evening. Plus the type of visits that the Client wishes to have and at what particular time of day.

In addition, we have included the a field for the number of Visiting Pets i.e., pets that will also be cared for but that DO NOT live at the current residence. We have included the ability to charge an extra fee for Visiting Pets.

Once all of this information is added, the Client can Add the Service Request to the system and review their "Work In Process" Service Request. At this point the Service Request is displayed as "Not Submitted" but will show all of the information that will be used by the Pet Sitter while the owner is away.

After reviewing the Not Submitted Service Request, the Client can choose to Submit it to the Pet Sitter for their approval. If the Pet Sitter has any questions about the Service Request, the Pet Sitter can contact the Client and discuss any questions. After all questions are answered, the Pet Sitter will Approve the Service Request and the system will notify the Client of the Approval via email.

After Approval of the Reviewed and Not Submitted Service Request, the Client will receive an email which will inform the Client to go to the Service Request Tab and under Manage Service Requests see the Approved Service Request. The Scheduled Service Request includes a section indicating which Pet Sitter has been assigned their Service Request.
